Who We Are

Michael Dorsey, our Chief Intelligence Officer, spent 30+ years evaluating large and medium-sized businesses, assessing their creditworthiness to assign a value to their underlying debt. This process exposed him to various industry categories, various-sized balance sheets and income statements, and myriad financial situations and complexities of large companies.

Michael also spent some time as the third line of defense at a regional bank reviewing loans for loss prevention through evaluating the loan approval process, past and present creditworthiness of the borrower, and for policy, procedure, and regulatory compliance in the loan approval process.

With a Master’s Degree in Finance from the University of Minnesota, Michael has mentored many small businesses. He is well prepared to help your small business gain more financial intelligence and help you make more informed business decisions to help your company thrive and grow!
